Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms govern sales concluded between Victor, sole trader (hereafter "the seller"), and any buyer on the wavora.shop website.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of products are presented on each product page. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all applicable taxes. Shipping is free. No EU VAT is charged by the seller (individual trader based in Monaco).

4. Order and Payment

Payment is made via PayPal (payment authorization). The order is only final after validation by our team. In case of out-of-stock, no charge will be made and you will be notified by email.

5. Delivery

Estimated time: 7 to 14 business days for France and Western Europe, 14 to 30 days for the rest of the world. The seller is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons. See our return policy for the procedure.

7. Legal Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Liability

The seller's liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault and is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned. The seller cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages of any kind.

9. Disputes

In case of dispute, you may use consumer mediation via the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Applicable law: law of the Principality of Monaco. Competent jurisdiction: Tribunal de Première Instance de Monaco.
